What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Advisor, you’ll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them make confident insurance decisions while delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Learning our consultative approach to identifying insurance needs
• Preparing quotes and presenting coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Following up on referrals, leads, and quote opportunities
• Working with multiple insurance companies to find the best solutions for clients
• Assisting clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims support
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborating with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Continuing your professional development through licensing, training, and education

Insurance experience isn’t required. We’ll provide the training, mentoring, and support to help you earn your Missouri Property & Casualty license and build a successful career in the insurance industry.
