What You’ll Do

As our Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll become a trusted resource for our business clients by:

• Managing a book of commercial insurance accounts
• Assisting clients with policy changes, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals
• Reviewing coverage with clients and identifying opportunities to better protect their businesses
• Working directly with insurance company underwriters and carrier partners
• Preparing proposals and assisting with quoting new and renewal business
• Responding promptly to client questions and providing outstanding customer service
• Maintaining accurate documentation within our agency management system
• Collaborating with producers and other team members to deliver a seamless client experience
• Building long-term relationships with local business owners

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in Commercial Lines insurance
• Holds an active Missouri Property & Casualty License (preferred)
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Enjoys helping people and solving problems
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Works well independently while also being a strong team player
• Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service
• Wants to continue learning and growing professionally

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates may have experience as a:

• Commercial Lines Account Manager
• Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
• Licensed Customer Service Representative
• Account Executive
• Account Manager at an independent insurance agency

Experience working with commercial insurance products such as:

• General Liability
• Commercial Property
• Business Auto
• Workers’ Compensation
• Professional Liability
• Umbrella
• Inland Marine
• Commercial Packages (BOPs & CPPs)

is strongly preferred.
