United Home Insurance Update

We were recently made aware that United Home Insurance Company (“United Home”) has been placed in receivership by a Permanent Injunction and Agreed Order Appointing Receiver for Rehabilitation entered in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas on September 6, 2023. Insurance Commissioner Alan McClain was appointed receiver and is in charge of the company going forward, subject to the Court’s supervision. The Commissioner and his staff are working on a full assessment of the company and its financial condition.

We are working diligently and systematically to reach out to each of our United Home clients to provide you with alternatives as effective December 31, 2023 your policies with United Home will cancel. See below for a copy of the letter that was mailed out earlier this week to each of our United Home clients.
